Very nicely done.... I'm not feeling the custom painted scroll work, but that's just me.

What motor is in the car?

the car is a master piece. it is a 100 point show car. the scroll work is very taistfull. most of it is hidden anyway till you open the trunk.
it is an lt1 with the lt4 intake and hot cam.
keep in mind this car was done 100% by mike and his dad. including assembling the motor to paint to suspention. the only thing he didnt do is the interior, he designed it, but someone else did it.
the car was rewired and everything. it is a nasty nasty car, and he drives it. Sometimes. lol

if you saw the car in person, the stripes are very taistfull. the color make it so you can only see them in certain lighting.
anyway, it is a sweet ride.

Very nice! I had no idea that thing was that mint! Now it makes me wonder, have I seen that car in person? He does bring that by the garage once in a while, doesn't he?

HAHA thanks Brad...yeah i was so happy to get best monte carlo of show. I did not expect ir because the best of's usually go to a stock restored car seeing its alot harder to restore a car these days than to modify it. They were giving away a Tremec 600 tranny i was so hoping i got it. When the guy anouced the winner he said mike then paused but it wasnt me. So i guess im still on the lookout for a good T56. Your car looked real good doing a wheelie

Thanks guys its definately been a long raod with the car. I got a few more things planned for it. T56 for one, then maybe a kandy paint job but that keeps getting put off cuz i find other things to do The interior was really the last big thing needed to be done short of a frame off so we'll see how the next few years go
