Default Spark Plugs...

Going to change the plugs in my car what is the normal gap to use?
Or do most plugs come pre-gaped.

Going with regular copper tip ngk's

NGK TR-55 gapped 52-55.. gotta check 'em yourself.

bob i like .050 but thats just me and i use a blade not the funky muti guage

The blade is more accurate, but the multigage is easier..

installuniversity.com suggests .059 for stock car.

my car will be stock for now but im planning on getting cam and etc. headers all that good stuff. but anywhere between .052-.059 would be good?

If i gap them .055 would that be fine. or is not really that big a deal.

.055 will be fine.. it will also be fine with cam & headers too.

I like 55's at 50 and tr6's at .038
