Default Mine as well post results from last night... Atco

Before someone else does. DA was hovering in the 3100-3325 DA range.

60' 1.430
330' 4.311
1/8 6.718
MPH 101.58
990' 8.759
1/4 10.591
MPH 127.46

On the footbrake. Transbrake is blowing away the tires,so we need to go bigger...

We are trying to get the car down to 3150 with pete in it. I think we'll be more like 3180. So yes that is a tenth. And on a track with real prep yes it will go 1.30's. Atco kept putting the "street" cars out of the groove last night (Using the cone). It was bullshit they didnt let us in the groove because we're running a full slick not a damn street radial. And maybe with a DA that isnt in the 3000 range, we'll go faster...

what are you getting your DAs from...seems awfully high for the weather we had.

Dewpoints were low 60s max.

2 months ago I raced in 90+ heat with DPs in the upper 60s/low 70s and it was only 3000ish DA (per a weather station) IIRC.

VERY GOOD TIMES nonetheless

I relayed the information to Pete on the phone and he did the calculations.

It was around 3075. Temp was 88, baro was 29.15, hum 58 percent, Dewpoints was 69-71.

I'm suprized your running a 4.10 gear
Wheres the cars rpm trapping...

I would think 4.56's/28 would do wonders for the car?
130MPH with a decent verter puts u at 7200 threw the lights..

Matt that is a wicked combo, excellent ET/MPH for this weather...

Did u guys pull both airbags and add a lw wheel....(23lbs)
I'd look into some kind of lw bracket for the seat if u dont have one yet.

God I love ALL MOTOR cars

4.10 gears were in the car before. It's up to Pete if he wants to step the gearing up, personally I would bring it to at least 4.56.

Both airbags are gone, but we put the delete block in place on the stock steering wheel. Saved a whopping 20 lbs between both bags.

I also think the shocks should be revalved. Still running Gen F's up front and we have an airbag in the rear but didnt pump it up. We'll get the car squared away when the weather comes back around.

Theres weight in that seat if u didnt do one yet...
Kirkey, cut down and lw brackets = 12lbs with cover

Yes get those shocks revalved.I thought my Hals sucked,Once revalved for his car (scale it) they will make a difference..Lastly no air bag,go adj rear sway too.

That car has bottom 10's in it or would I dare say 9.9999999999999
MOTOR POWER = PRICELESS

U guys did your homework on this 4R setup..
U and George should be proud

It has the kirkey in there. Yes the shocks need to be revalved, they are used and abused! I'd like to use the Spohn rear drag sway bar, but we can't give up the weight yet.

We have a shop car on the horizon with the same package, only I'm going with a few different things than Pete has. Basically the same setup except I'll only shift once

It was a 10.68 in a -2600 or so DA day. With a driver that weighed almost 100 lbs lighter than Pete.

Give us a -2600 DA day with a 3150 weight...
