any suggestions? Im guessing its that awful passlock garbage. I turn the key and i have decents volts but when i turn the ignition i get nothing. i tried both sets of keys and still no luck. any suggestions? any way around it to get it to the dealer atleast? Its been 2 days already, luckily its in my garage.

of course make sure the battery is charged/connections are good on the battery and the starter. Usually if its the passkey the security lite will flash. You can easily delete passkey with hp tuners/ls1 edit. There is also a way to measure the resistance of your key and buy a resistor and splice into the line that goes to the ignition cylinder.

try locking the doors and shutting them
then open the driver door with the key
then open the trunk with the key not remote
leave open for a few seconds
thats how i bypassed it on my gfs cobalt when it happened at 12 a.m. after a concert in the parking lot the onwers manual should also tell you how to bypass it

Yeah, im thinking its an ignition or electrical problem. I dont think its the security system anymore. Anyone have any other suggestions to try? I tried all the suggestions.
