I found the link and thought it was funny

It looks way out of proportion, massive rear end and about 2 feet chopped out of the middle then the nose is slammed on there.

Not something I'm considering.....but hey there's an *** for every seat

I'm sure it would be pretty light.... I'm not a huge fan of the fiero kits... but I would think an LSx would be a great engine for one of those.... in the late 80's they were putting alot of 350tpi motors in them... So with more power in a light package you could have a fast little car.... But everywhere you go you'll still have to answer the "what the hell is that?" questions

Theirs a couple guys on this site that have done the LS1 conversion... they usually post in the Conversion forum

Speaking of funny conersions.... I was talking with a buddy of mine the other day, comtemplating a project.... putting an ls1 in a chevette did come up

I would check out factory five, they are making a kit of a GT40 like car and using GM power now, Plus they are local and you can tour the factory.

Yeah the GTM...I worked for FFR for 2 1/2 years.....The whole time I was their all I did was tell them use the LS1 lol

All this talk of conversions reminds me of my idea to add 2 cylinders to Camaro Z28.
I'd put a little decal that says "+2" right next to the Z28 ones!
