Joel I'm the same way. I am going to be rebuilding the tranny and then I think I'm going with the new VFN WS9 ram air hood. I really want to go with a bigger motor, but I can't justify it. It's 4 grand that's better spent on an air hockey and pool table for the basement. And the fact that I haven't had the car cover off, much less driven the car in 4 weeks makes it tough to spend that amount of coin on the car.

Vortech S trim would work, I always liked that gear whine of a vortech.

If I were gonna do a street supercharger setup, I'd probably go procharger, as tehy are quiet and work great. but an all out race setup, I'd do my own setup and probably use the biggest vortech head unit I could stuff in the car. I think the high end units are as good as the prochargers are.. but the sound is so much cooler.

im the same way, 1st I went with H/C (stage 2 heads & 230/230 cam), then sold that bought a D1-SC but then decided to sell it to go with a bigger/badder set of H/C (stage 3 heads & G5X3 + 90mm setup) now im going with twin turbo setup. i wish i could go back and just get the twin turbo done. i would have saved a ton of cash.

We just got an air hockey table. As cool as it is/was, we are already bored with it.

When people come over they play it, thats about it....

Well, we have a pretty large basement, (1800 sq ft) and it is getting finished in the next year, so I plan to put the big screen down there, as well as a wet bar and fireplace, and then put in the pool table. The wife is the one that loves air hockey. Just about every week my buddies and I get together and hit a bar and play pool, and it would be cool to do it at home as opposed to battling bar crowds. Plus we entertain on a pretty regular basis. Usually I have a couple guys over to watch hockey during the week and it would be cool to play pool at the same time.

I actually drove my car yesterday for the first time in six weeks and never went above 3000rpm or half throttle because all it would do is get squirly and kick in the traction control, so how much more power do I need???

Anymore it's all about the house. I just got my Christmas present early, a nice 6hp Honda power washer....woooohooo

I'm starting to think like u Brien.I want a blow but do I need a blower,For God sakes how much power do I need. The car crushes the tires now,I just dont know if I'll part with 5K for this kind of modding...

I know I'm going to do sway bars, camber kit and rear control arm bushings..Once thats done I want the JHP Gauges for the dash, they look badass, after that its a Bbower (Maybe) or just a good set of heads (More likely)....Then the car is done, after this I think its time to look for a wife (41 now) and buy another house, hopefully up by u

The blower would be a great idea but the wife part makes me think you are a loon! J/K, I hope you are happy whichever way you go with the car... and the women.

The wife mod is a lot like a high performance mod for our cars. If you pick well, it will cost a decent amount up front, but the return on investment is great and a life long reward.

If you choose wrong, you spend lots of money up front, only to spend more money later when the motor grenades. Then you spend lots of money trying to return to stock and spend lots of sleepless nights upset and angry.

Fortunately, I chose well in both cases.
