i go through there all the time. both my parents are from upstate, ny. the coolest thing in that area that i know of is the classic car museum in norwich.
there are a few hot cars around, but they seem to be spread out a bit.

I'm familiar with the town, My cousins live in Whitney Point, about 15 mins. north of you. Really pretty area, but not a huge car scene....

Well there is also a strip down in Tioga Center....like 5 min from Owego Skyview Drags....its only an 1/8th...but its something

Ya i went to skyview last year. It a decent track just to bad its only an 1/8 mile.
