Default Tune?

I am going to get headers and an o/r y pipe here soon. I live in PA and was wondering if someone could tell me how much I could expect to pay for a tune that will also turn of my rear o2 sensors so I don't have to get o2 eliminators. Also, for future reference how worth it is it for me to invest in an HP tuner? I intend to get one, provided its worth my time, just dont have the money to do so now. Thanks a lot in advance

HPT is worth it. But if you just want to delete the rear o2 code it shouldnt be more tham 20$.

If you want a full dyno tune, which includes part throttle ltrims, wot a/f ratio, custom timing table, removal ses codes, trans tune, all dyno printouts and dyno time it is $250 for bolt-on only cars. I highly doubt you'll find this good of a deal elsewhere
