Default Anyone near Northern VA that needs some stock shortblock parts?

I have the shortblock from my 99 that broke a valve and embedded itself into a piston. While that part of the engine is fubar, the rest of the engine from the front timing cover to the oil pan was not touched. I hear people needing all sorts of things like an oil pan, timing cover, etc so I figured I would post this up here for the locals. Just let me know what you want/need.

Could be salvageable. I don't have the time to take it to a shop to see if the scratch in the cylinder wall is too deep to be honed.

well, what macine shop do you like? I could take it down and have them check it out. If they say it is salvageable, I would give you a couple bucks for it.

No clue. I think there is a place called Performance Machines in Springfield. There is a guy there named George *** that is supposedly pretty good. If you would wanna do that, that would be worth it to me just to have someone help me get it hauled somewhere and possibly to a junk yard if it ain't worth ****.
