You live in hampton?? If so just go to langley.. its alot closer. I wish I could help you out, but the wife just had a baby two days ago, so I might not even be able to go to Jenro's

It only took me six hours, doing it by myself at oceana, and also doing a TSP TD system. It really is easier than you may think.

Yeah man I feel you, the first time I did it, I was kinda scared myself. But once I tore into it, and got the old exhaust off, it went really smooth. The only pain I had was getting the spark plugs out on the Passenger side. My hands are not the smallist, so I scraped and cut them up reall bad. But to start it up the first time after doing it myself, was priceless.

Hey, no worries, I'm terrible with names too. I can help you out tomorrow if you want. A lift would make the job a little easier (no crawling around on the cold cement). If you want to use the lifts at Langley, that's fine with me. I'll need to get directions from you though.
Not sure how hard it'll be to do the mounts at the same time as the headers. I did mine when I had the heads off.

i can help too, header install was pretty fun in my car and i've had them back out a few times for misc. reasons. i cant help early though, i dont get off work til 4, but honestly it shouldnt take more than 3 hours anyway. i also dont have a place to do it, but if you got a jack that can go up high enough and some jackstands it can be done in a driveway...i didnt use a lift on mine...

oh and i gotta hear the car open headers just once. you dont know how tempted i have been to pop my y-pipe off for a day, damn slip-fit crap though...and its welded in the back...

No problem, I had a good time. Firing the car up in a crowded bay with open headers was priceless! I'll work on editting the video for you Darren.

Yeah, the car did fight us a bit. Not having a lift cost us some time with the install, but waiting for a lift to open up would've taken most of the day! I am really impressed with the sound the LM gives to the catted Y. Very deep and throaty. We were able to tuck the Y pipe pretty good too, so I don't think ground clearance will be an issue.
