As for the fouling of plugs, what was in there. Stock, NGK, if NGK what type. Who did the prev tune, or is it still stock tune.

Tow that thing to a good tuner, pcmforless is in PA I beleive. I dont recall any big tuners up north. With that setup, its probably tuned soooo safe, it fowls the plugs easily.
buy the software and laptop so you can learn a few small things then bring it with software to a good tuner that is willing to tune it with your software. Like Dez or Eastside or whoever you feel comfortable with. Also ask this on camaroz28.com alot of lt1 guys there

If its 93-95 Eastside wont touch it and if the owner isnt comfortable with either LT1edit or Tuner CATS, then dont touch the program, the worst thing someone can do is poke around in there.
I used CATS, very user friendly, if its a 94, I can read the file, and see whats up, but again I am 99% it was tuned safe.
Over on cz28, you will see alot of post for Ion or Bryan, both are good.
