Default Vortec GT Stang vs Cam LS1

Mustang and I went from a 2nd gear 50 roll. Going through 3rd, and a bit of 4th we let off probably around 110ish and I had 1 1/2 cars on him. We cruise for a bit and hit a light. 3000 rpm launch and out of the hole I have him by a car, I reel through the gears letting off top of 3rd, and have 1 1/2 maybe 2 cars on him. I thought from a dig he'd do better as he's on MT Et streets. We hit the next light and I let her loose from 3800, and I spin pretty bad, let off a bit and get back into it. He's 1 car ahead through first. I hit 2nd and start pulling. Halfway through 3rd he hits 4th, and I pull hard. As we let off I have about 1/2 car maybe a nose on him

All in all they were some damn good races, and being my first races in 9 months, I had the biggest smile on from ear to ear.

I went with the LS7 clutch with LS2 flywheel combo. I seem to like it thus far, no problems since. The guy with the mustang went 12.1. I'm guessing with having about 2 car lengths on him bench racing standards I'm in the 11's which is right where I should be. High 11's I think maybe even mids, but that's to be determined.

The mustang was quick, said he had the blower, full exhaust, I think he said a 373 gear, and the MT ET Streets. Some good times
