E-Town Index Race - Updated Who is going to the E-town Index race tomorrow?
10.00 - 11.00 - 12.00
It begins at 4 in the afternoon. (late session)
I will be there.
Been to everyone this year so far.
It's a good time.

Updated. Well, I went to the race.
The turn out was a little weak because of the heat and the threat of rain.
12.00 was the biggest class as usual.
It never rained and since the day started at 4:00 in the afternoon it only got cooler.
It was 90* at 4:00 pm but finally got down to 75* @ 9:00 pm.
(The race didn't go that late, we were just hanging out afterwards.)
Anyway, I made it to the Final Round, so that was good.
It was me and another Camaro, a 67 Camaro.
We both red lit, but I red lit worse with a -.024.
I won $125, got to race and had fun, so it was a good deal.
The guy that won was so happy, I was even glad he won.
He had been close before, but had never won.
He brought a lot of friends and family with him,
so it was an extra good win for him. (plus he won $250)
Thanks to Cartek for building me such a reliable car.
I have gone many rounds without a loss over the past few weeks.
Even this loss was driver error.
I am yet to lose because the car didn't perform as expected.
Thanks to Camaro Dave for letting me use his MT drag radials again.
Also, Dave and Larry came down just to spectate and keep me company.
Redgar also came up to keep me company. (He didn't race this time)
He shot some video of me and all that.

Dude, there's a sort of pattern forming here. I've been to every event you've raced in so far this season except for the last two, coincidently they are ONLY two where you either won or finished in the money...maybe I need to stay away from E-town more often when you're racing?

Yeah OK, 1/2 the loot, I could buy the tires for that much.
I am buying a new set of tires, I have been waiting and waiting for them.
So count your blessings, If I hadn't been able to borrow the tires, I wouldn't be racing and supporting your race series.
Don't get all huffy because I am winning and you are LOSING!.
