Default my car is becoming anorexic....hehe

Well 3 weeks ago i finally intalled the UMI K member and upper and lower A arms

today i finished up the ABS delete and removed the rear bumper supports.

so in the last 3 weeks ive lost 71lbs

k memeber- 28lbs
ABS- 10lbs
rear bumper- 19lbs
air bag- 14lbs

i should be under 3200 raceweight w/ me in the car

which would bring my
HP/weight to 7.01:1

TQ/wight to 7.84:1

now time to get a bar and harness

Cool. You'll really be flying when the good air gets here. I just pulled a bunch of weight out of my Camaro. I've been eyeing the UMI K member and A arms too. Looks like nice stuff.

Did you remove the front bumper support?
If so, are you willing to sell it?

I am trying to gather a few parts that need to be cut from my APS TT install.

it was a pita. had to remove the speedo and then took the dash half way out and wiggled the airbag out from the side near the pass door and it came out.

i thought you could take it out from the glove box but theres no way its to big to get through the glovebox opening.

yeah it was 14lbs.

i hope i get down there more in time. looking for 10.6/7 before i do the heads.

sounds like you took enough out to be able to put a rollbar in and not add any weight.... so get it done!
