Holy crap, right on main street. If an officer saw it, why didn't he stop it before he was beaten so bad?

Because the cops in that area are wanna be cops. I live in Fleetwood, that's all but 5 minutes from kutzown and the university and our cops are the same way. They have the badge but no honor. They'll get you for a traffic violation before anything else. I'm too suprised like Whitez406 said because when you cruise through Main street in Kutztown, there is nothing going on. It's actually for the most part a waist of time to even go there. It's good if you have a really ,really loud car though. It echoes soooo damn hard of all the buildings you'd think a top fuel car was going down the road. But as for the kid being beaten to death that's a real shame. It's a decent area and now something like this happens, just goes to show you how the world is changing so fast. For the most part the Fleetwood and Kutztown area is a very safe place to be but I can see that changing very fast with all the new construction going on and all the freakin people coming out of the city to the country area. They just bring their problems with them and contaminate the next spot they reside.

I go to KU also. I live next to Kutz Footwear, you can see my car if you drive by. Anyway, one witness said that the kids just pulled up and one got out and just punched the kid in the face. Its a sad situation thats not going to end in any justice for anyone. Apparently these 3 non students were just looking for a fight and ended up killing a innocent person. Not all the details are out yet though. Even if the victim was doing something he was not suppose to, it did not warrant his life.

Gary, Ive seen a firehawk in the commuter lot behind lytle, is that yours? I know theres another SS and a few Z28's around.

the cops up here are like that. All they care about is giving tickets and they have more radar than any military could hope to have!!!!

Its a real shame I feel bad for the victim's family and friends. I have a ton of friends there and last year went to Penn State Berks right next door so its weird hearing this.

Ya, I generally end up parking in the back. Most of the good spots get taken by the time I get there at either 9 or 930. Ive walked by your car a few times.
