Got pulled over the other day! I was heading to St Louis for vacation wednesday and was going thru Pennsylvania. I was going about 68 mph and saw the trooper on the median. I went by and saw him pull out in the rear view mirror, thought nothing about it until the lights went on! He pulled me over for window tint! He wanted to give me a ticket until he saw the Mass plates. He only gave me a warning and said if I get pulled over to show his buddies the ticket that I already got.
crazy, normally 80 is loaded with cops. i usually try to be on it when theres no traffic also... i prefer the turnpike because there arent as many cops!

you can have your tint as legal or illegal as you want in your home state but you will probably get a ticket for it. As far as I know if you go into another state they can't ticket you for something that is legal in your state even if it is illegal in theirs.
I bought my SS in Detroit. I had called Michigan DMV and asked about temp tags and they said they didn't issue any and that I had 72 hours to get the car home. Also, I bought the car on a Saturday and the former owner's bank couldn't get us the title or a receipt of sale that day. So, I drove my SS home, through Ohio and PA on I80 with no license plate, no window stickers, and no title. That was the first week of March. You'd think that a NBM Camaro SS would stand out like a sore thumb on 80 in early March, let alone no visible registration, license, etc. Drove 500 miles and never got stopped. I still can't believe it! I had the cruise set on 85 the whole way too.

Having no registration would be better to be pulled over than to have the WRONG plates on the car. Good decision
