A few yrs. back I ran the 26.5"x16 M&H SuperStock bias-ply d.o.t. tires on my '99 M6 SS. Had pretty good success w/them running mid 1.60 sixty ft. times w/4.10's and a beefed 10 bolt w/stock motor. Those tires were made up in Gardner, Ma. I had driven up and bought them direct....The plant has since moved south, or west---not sure exactly where. Have never used their radial d.o.t.'s, but did run the M/T radial drags on my '02 A4 SS w/great success. The M/T's and the Hoosiers seem to be fastest of the bunch, but I'm sure there are many here who've got bragging right times w/other brands as well. Personally, I'd wait for the M/T's, but just another opinion here. Good luck. WJ

I ran 315-35-17 hoosier DRs on my 569 rwhp Mustang and they dead hooked on the street from a slow roll as long as it wasn't 20 degrees out....

No sway on the street, probably almost as good as nittos in that area. I never launched it at the track but I can say getting on it in 1st gear at say 25 MPH when the car was in full boost, they didn't even turn over, they just hooked hard. That was on a stock suspension, sway bar in etc.

I didn't put a ton of miles on them, probably less than 1000, definately not enough to give you an accurate guess of how long they would last.

I agree, the Goodyears really work, 'Anonymous' on here has used them (255x50x16s) with great results.

I have a brand new set of them as well that I might selling.

perhaps it would be easier if you just listed any wheels/tires that you weren't selling....

I ran the goodyear's, at first I thought they were terrible, but after learning the tire and what they liked I had decent results with them, fwiw I ran faster on them off the footbrake then I have on ET drag's off the transbrake.

But, I doubt like hell they would hold off the transbrake on nitrous like the ET drag's will/do, at least for me. I have a 5400 converter and can hit it with 150 right off the transbrake, and with a conservative suspension setup and a conservative tune the car still went 1.3x 60 foot's @ 3500 lbs.
