It would be nice to see that happen but you are calling for a HUGE stride from where were were last. I am all for progress but have learned that steps like that don't usually happen in one race. Hope I am wrong.

I am not sure who has a lic and who does not, but if everyone that says they are going shows we will have:

All of which have sub 10 second cars, and are going. I don't know who's legal to run what, I don't know if any of those guys don't have a lic or a chassis cert yet, but those are the cars I know of that are coming that can run 9.9 or better.
Now if a couple other people that I didn't mention show up, a couple off hand that I can think of that can certainly run in the single digits we're gonna have a full field of single digit cars.
Even with noone else showing, that's 7 cars for the quick 8 that can run in the single digits.
A 10 second car, I don't see it going very far in that class, hell if you can't run a 10.0 you're probably not making the field, unless like I said there's people that aren't legal to run the #.

I have to go pick chef up on my way there, and he's down off I95 in milford, so I'm already right there on I95. I could go around, but to be honest every time i try, it always seems to take just as long.
I go right down I95 over the GW and right down to exit 9 off the jersey turnpike... that's the easiest way for me to get there. Shortest too, it's only 157 miles one way with the given route.

157 miles one way. You should get 2 tenths head start just for that!

That is the easiest route to take to get there, everytime I have gone to jersey (and I used to go ALOT when I was in college, not for drag racing for other stuff) I've gone that way, and have tried every other route, it is just the easiest.

You should get your paper work ready and start making passes . There Going to be gay about it they wouldn't let mark or rick go faster then 10.0 the 2nd race. Is the rest of your car legal to go 9s
