Congatulations to 1984camaroz28 for winning todays Quick 8 with a best pass of 9.51 @ 140mph. Nice job. Runner up was Tektrans who was running VERY good himself with consistant 9.6's all afternoon. Mark, I just want to remind you to push the trans break button before you step down on the gas next time.Haha!!! It was a beautiful afternoon for racing. We had some mishaps today with StealthTurboC5 blowing a front pump seal which ultimatly ended his day even though he ran some 150mph passes beforehand. Redgar broke a half shaft today and 04blowngoat broke an axle. I sprung a bad fuel leak which put me on the trailer. Barry had his typical up and down afternoon himself but managed not to break anything. All in all it was a fun afternoon and I look forward to the next event in May. Looks like we have our work cut out for us to catch the top cars from today. Again, congratulations to everyone who attended. See everyone in May.

Put a bottle in it exact setup as last year except i went Speed Denisty. very conservative tune up

I figured as much. I'd also guess you sprayed it with a 150 hit. Your gains from last year to now are very similar to what the Nos plate did for my car.

Congrats though, it's finally starting to run like it should.

I'm definately gonna make one of these races this year. May not be until the end of the season at the rate it's going, hell if I have my junk together soon enough to make the lic passes I need to do before pinks allout in july, I'm gonna feel pretty lucky.

I hear ya. I have to say that E-town was VERY good to us about that. I'm very impressed how they handled the situation. They had every right to give everyone the boot but took the time to come over to us and come up with a reasonable solution. Thanks to E-towns management, we were able to see you and Mark put up some impressive #'s. Keep up the good work and again nice job today.
