Silly Pontiac Saleman!!! HAHA....
So i went to a pontac dealership today to pick up some brake/clutch fluid and noticed they had a nw G8 in there. i was checking it out price was $31xxx w/a 2500 dealer markup already in the price... soo the salesman gets out of the car (in the showroom) says go ahead and sit in it, i said thats ok just looking at it...he said ill get you out of the 4runner and into this, i said i have aTA at home and hes says "Oh this will spank that" i laughed and said " i dont think so"
that gave me a good laugh the rest of the day and im still laughing about it....idiot doesnt realize its gonna be a mid-high 13sec family car

Im so sick of car salesmen. All around the board they are scummy. I had a salesman, probably 27 tell me at a car show the chrysler 300 puts you in your seat so bad that you couldnt touch the dash on full acceleration. I told him its a dodge. He insisted it was a chrysler, and i said yeah, its a dodge dont you see what im getting at. I explained to him that he was full of ****. I just dont like the exagerations and bullshitting that comes out of these guys mouth. But on average, they probably talk to 95% of people that dont have a clue, then there are those that call them out.

Heh, I've got a good one. When we were buying my wife's Rav4 a few years ago, they had a black Celica with the "action package" aka ricer package on the lot. I happened to notice it and was amused at what they were charging (like $28k). Dealer noticed me noticing, and also saw I pulled up with the wife in the T/A. Says "Nice car, right?" "Eh, it's ok." "I bet it could give your car a good run." Told him by my estimates the 2 lane road in front of the dealership was about 1/4 to the next light. Said we'll line up, you jump whenever you want, and if you hit the light first, I'll buy the car, if I get there first, you give it to me for free. He declined. Salesmen

Definitely funny. I get a kick out of buying cars and dealing with car salesmen. I do it a lot at work, and lately people come to me looking for me to do the research and go with them when test driving and buying it, knowing they will pay thousands too much on a new car (or MANY thousands on a used one). Haha.
