Anyone want a TA???

Who ya working for Frank???
yea, I liked the way other people's SSs looked when we would go out or when I saw them on the forum..but then once I got my own, it just isn't the same. I have been debating over the past few months, and I was going to buy my old car back, but the rear went out a few weeks ago on the kid and I found this hawk instead..either way, im getting another Formula or a TA before xmas!

40 hours a week overtime. they told me im gettin 7300 while im in country and 7000 while im on R and R for one month. Im hoping come back with at least 40K but the parts list the L may not make that possible . Who makes powerguilds for Mod motor cars 4R100 trans are horribly inefficient.

It would be smarter to save your money and just DD the truck. If you put 40k into a lightning it will still be only as fast as a strong head/cam f-body(which is alot cheaper to make fast). Just a thought. Not trying to get you upset but MOD MOTORS are crap.....

Seeing the difference an IT Based job gets over there makes me want my Microsoft Cert even more.....
My bro was a DS in the Navy until they merged with FC's and got out and got a Job over there....
1st yr was $127,000
Came back and 2nd and 3rd yr was $286,00 a yr......
$20K a month is awsome....

How are they working your HR break down Frank??
They worked his horly wage down from $65 an hr to $32.50 and paid the difference back COLA and Haz duty pay.. and those two arent taxed so it seems like u make less and have more $$ tax free.

You must not have heard the news. Trickflow is coming out with 2v heads. They flow 240 intake and 190 exhaust and they have a yet to be release completely CNC 5 axis ported heads. They will help out the 2v Mustang and Lightnings out a lot. We have fallin way behind the 4v cars and LSX cars do the limits of flow of just ported stock cast heads. If I can run as fast as strong H/C/I F-body in a 4500+ lb truck then its a job well done. But just so you know there are more and more high 9s Lightning on stock stroke and .30 over bore on a production Lightning block. My new motor will be over 351CID on a FGT block.
