Having a lift is a great thing. I did it partially to make it easier to work on the car, but also to be able to put the car in the air and park another car under it.

Right now I'm working on raising the ceiling over the lift ot 11.5' which should be done in a week or so, depending on when my wife goes into labor.

nice lift! the shop i used to work at had that same exact one, i had to help put it in. Just so you know NOW as opposed to finding out the hard way. Those lift arms unless brought to the very top tend to eventually lift unequally. And the only way to fix it is to take the vehicle off and raise both sides 100% UP then let them down. and the other thing to watch is the locking pins they also tend to get stuck sometimes while your lowering.

You may already know, and it probably wont happen for a while considering how much action the lift will actually see, which is nothing compared to how much a repair shop would. But just my .02 from experience with that lift. It is a very strong and reliable lift however. looks good, and nice SS
