Was the throttle shaft cut or did it break off?

one of the "few" pointless mods to the stocker. not something id bother screwing w/.

I had my TB ported by New Era Performance. They didn't use epoxy either, mine looks just like yours.

IF there was epoxy there,that would be the #1 reason why I DO NOT epoxy that area.

My Shaner TB was filled in with some kind of filler, like JB weld or something. Anyways I had to drill out half of it cause it screwed up my idle. I would never recommend filling over the IAC. There are really no gains to be had and then you gotta worry about stuff like this.

I'm still running the stock/shaner and I hope when I get rid of it (probably next year) mine doesn't look like yours.
