April 17th Camaro event in Adel Ga Anybody going to this?
Camaro5.something or other is the website I found the info on. This thing looks huge!!! drags, dyno, and cone dodging scca racing. All in one place.

Yep going we have approx 20 people on the caravan from Central Florida up to Valdosta for the 2 day event. It should be a blast GM will have some toys on display as well as a on of vendors the show is hosted by Camaro5.com
All of the track slots are taken 300 of them but they are now thinking about opening up the track on Friday as well to add more people.

For this event you just have to be registered on the Camaro5 forum. There is a big group of Challenger guys coming and some Mustangs that are going to try to beat the Camaros. Should be a bunch of 4th gens as well.

I tried to register on the c5 website, but still have not heard back by e-mail.They may be flooded with new members. I did not know the drags were full. I won't go unless I can run.Hope they open up Friday. Looks like a great event for any GM fan!!!

Yep like Terry said it's open to all generations as well as sone Ford and mopar guys plan to crash the party.
The Saturday slots are all full, Friday is open they are just making sure enough people will participate Friday they are planning $30 for unlimited track time (auto cross and drag racing), and $50 for Saturday this also includes 3-meals Saturday & Sunday.
Registration for the event closes tomorrow Friday March 19, 2010

got a hotel for fri and sat nite. I AM on the drivers list for sat, but I will be there for TNT sat nite. 5 more days till the biggest party Camaro lovers have ever had in the deep south!!!

FYI anyone from Florida looking to go our caravan from Ocala pulls out at 11am sharp (feel free to meet us for breakfast at 9am @ Crackle Barrel we leave from same parking lot)

One day to go anyone in the Ocala area and north be on the look out for a pack of 1st-5th Gen's heading north on I-75 we have just over 30 in our group heading up Friday morning.
