Default Moving from mass to tampa area
was wondering about the sunshine drag-strip. couldn't find if it was an 1/8 or a 1/4 mile track. i'd rather the 1/4 mile since that's what I'm used to but i'd race an 1/8 if it was close. was also looking to see if there was any 4th gen car clubs around. any info would be great. and if cops down there get pissed if i was to drive around with my cutouts open, but i can probably figure that one out on my own.

Sunshine is 1/8. Where are you going to be living? If in Tampa, Bradenton has a 1/4 track and it will only be a hour south.

not sure where just my g/f is getting transfered to the tampa office of her work, so some place around tampa. thanks for the link i'll check it out now

Good to hear your moving on down. I moved down from Bridgewater Ma about 2 years ago. To bad you will be on the west coast.

hows insurance down there. i have a few and just a few tickets since i have been driving so my driving record is ok. just wondering what you guys pay and how your driving records are? any info would be helpful

within a 2hr drive from tampa there are 5 tracks, 2- 1/4~ Bradenton and Orlando SpeedWorld, 3- 1/8~ Sunshine Dragway, Lakeland Dragstrip, Central Fla Racing Complex, and numerous local clubs http://www.scfba.info
