Thumbs up Injector cleaning, testing and flow-matching at Lashway Motorsports!

In our never-ending quest to better serve our performance community, we decided to add to our arsenal of specialty equipment and purchase this badass Injector Flow Bench.

We can do several things with this machine including:
  • Flow-match any gasoline common rail injector for both foreign and domestic vehicles
  • Clean injectors and associated components with our ultrasonic bath
  • Test spray patterns and overall functionality of your injectors
  • Test for leaks and pressure threshold of the injector, o rings, filter basket and pintle
  • Measure overall flow at various pressure levels and pulsewidths

Here are some photos of the machine, we just got it and set it up for this demonstration.

Thanks Firebird - just providing great service - that's what we're about.

Price does not include removing them, but that isn't much.

No re-sizing - never liked the idea of re-sizing injectors...I just ran larger units.

I promise the drive will be well worth it

Had a guy here yesterday from Ft. Myers - he loved the ride home!

Hi Jon,

I can have them cleaned and tested in one day, and back to you ASAP.

For sure, one of the various benefits of a flow matched set of injectors.

In order to flow match injectors I flow a large batch of them and set aside injectors based on how much they flow until I have a complete set. we would only thoroughly clean and test yours, in order to flow match them i would need an entire box of your injectors.
