This Sat (10/27) will be the 5th "Springfield Historic District" Main Street car show. It is on Main Street between 1st and 12th. Show starts at 5 and goes until around 9. I've been to 3 of them and it is definitely worth the drive. You would never know how much classic and modern muscle is out there in Jax until you come to this. No rice, just some donks cruising around lol
It would be cool to get a group together to meet up somewhere near downtown then cruise up there and try to get some good parking spots together. It does fill up really quick so I'm thinking we would have to meet around 4, be up there by 4:30 minimum if we actually want to try and get some real estate to park together. Last time I got there at 5:30 and parking was scarce
Let me know if any of y'all are game!

The traffic should not be that bad. The cruise is on the north side away from the game traffic if you come in from the north. There is a lot next to Krystals, Yangs take out that is rented by John (addiction/sickSS) get with him about parking there.

I wish I could go to TnT but I work until 230. I would like to get out there before the track closes for the year though.
Thanks Mark. Last time I was there I ran into him and other RCP guys at that lot. I'll Have to send him a message

Dang man that sucks. How many miles you get her up to before it started losing compression? Are you motor shopping or shopping for the parts for a rebulid? Build it! lol

Yes and no. She has been through 5 tranny rebuilds and one rear end. 250 or so track passes, couple of trophys, 3 yrs and 60,000 miles of me (124,xxx total). Been good to me for the miles and usage. I love the car. Not sure if rebuilding is an option or not. Gonna require a tear down to see. Gonna do what I can to put a motor in her and see if rebuilding is possible. I need her 100%. I was able to spray (baby shot of nitrous) 3 times before motor said I'm done. She will be bigger badder and stronger as soon as I can. I hope to know more in a couple weeks.
