The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
I do admit I and the shop get overwhelmed and behind at times for sure. We susually have 17-22 cars at the shop and I am the one to blame as far as e-mails and calls go. There are times I do not see my e-mails for 2 weeks and at times more. Phone calls can be the same way at times. Go to make a call, phone rings, get distracted, customer comes in, have to run to the shop and tune a car. Next thing you know its 7PM and the family wants a little time. Not making excuses, just stating how things can go when you are the owner, salesman, tuner and one of the installers. Out of 100 calls and 50 e-mails daily, 95% of them are for me and some get missed. Some get called twice as I get scatterbrained at times. No rhyme or reason, just happens. I try to do my best and thats the best I can offer.
With that said, I apologize for not getting back to you and I would feel the same way if I was in your shoes. Hope it all works out for you. Later.

My biggest problem is delegation and I have to have my hand in every aspect of the business. No matter how much I have other folks doing (7 full time employees besides myself) I never have enough time for everyone or everything. I know you were not bashing and appreciate that, just giving out info and your opinion. And do not take the no call back as personal at all, just an oops on my part. Thanks again and good luck to you.

I believe he sent you my Computer from my LT1 a few years ago for a High Level tune...He is in Durant, OK...I know it went somewhere in FL...let me know.
BTW, I am still looking for a shop in the Panhandle area of FL. I will be going to the Orlando/Tampa areas in late May maybe June, I may hold off till then.
The name does not ring a bell and we do not do LT1 mail order tunes, much less any mail order tunes. We prefer to do the tune in house on the dyno.
If you need to come on down, just let me know and we will set an appointment. We get a lot of folks down here from LA (lower Alabama) and the panhandle for sure.
