The hurricanes come through once a year, wipe away all the smog, and give us a clean slate to start polluting all over again!

Word from a buddy in Law enforcement says that FL legislation is considering adopting emissions checks for ALL of FL within the next 2-3 years. This would include visual and sniffer testing.
Allthough we do not have any checks/testing now, the cops can and will do visual inspections. The law that says car makers have to put cats on their cars also says that its illegal in any state to remove them. If a cop wants to be a dick, he can look for missing cats, and/or emissions equipment and issue a ticket for violation of a federal law. Having no cats is a $450 ticket in FL.
Sorry about the depressing news guys, but everyone should know.

Well ill be writing to my representative to tell him not to vote for it. If you get car enthusiast involved its really easy to create a big enough opposition to such threachery

if we petition it, it wont happen. all we gotta do is sign on saying this isnt right and we wont vote for (insert name here) if he passes this law. it worked for the bikers, it sure as hell can work for us.
