All I have to say is stay away from Gulf Coast Transmissions in Cape A friend refered me to them a few years back (prob around 2000-01) and I had them rebuild the trans on my old 94Z28. I think they had to rebuild it about 4 times in a stretch of about 1 1/2 months. They always tried charging for additional stuff when they would need to rebuild it under there warrenty. Always heard good things about the place in Tampa.

Kustom Transmission completely screwed my car up... paid for a complete rebuild and all I got was a half working t-56 and a busted fender that they would not repair. Due to my actions, I could not fight it in court. Guy is a complete scam artist.

Do your car and yourself a favor and take your car to Fernando and Chris at Transmission Physicians. YOU WONT REGRET IT. They built mine about 5-6 months ago, and its amazing. I actually had mine there being built while gators was on the lift as well getting the built A3. You've got a bad *** car gator. They are really cool guys as well.
