Default 1989 Pontiac Turbo TA-Trade for LS1 car

Hopefully this in the right forum. I have a 20th Anniversary 1989 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am that I am considering trading for the right LS1 Trans Am or Camaro so Im testing the waters.

As most know this is a limited edition car with a production number of just over 1500 units. I bought it from the 1st owner who is 76 yoa. I have know the original owner for over 10yrs.

I would like a Central Florida car but will go a little further out. A4 is prefered but will consider a M6 F-Body.

The TTA is a follows: 1989 TTA, Buick Turbo 6,TTops, 90K, 2 year old paint. New carpet(front and rear), New seat upholstery, headliner,Visors and sail panels,All interior plastic has been redyed. New Tires, New F&R rotors and pads. New rear shocks and sway bar end links and hardware. Bone Stock motor with updated COMP valve springs. Adjustable stock style wategate. Hard MAF pipe with KN filter. Cat delete(original available) Dynomax exhaust. The car has not been to the track.

The car has some minor cosmetic issues i have not gotten around to finishing. The car needs the following: One headlight motor, rear wing and fog lights. The steering wheel controls work , but the factory radio does not. AC needs a recharge.

I just finally finished the car to this stage as just 3 months ago it was a pile of parts. I have owned the car for about 2 years.

I currently have only 2 pics of the car. Some of the side badging had yet to be installed. The interior pic looks washed but the upholtery and plastic are closer in color than the picture depicts. I should have more this weekend if the weather holds out.

Wife kinda went a little nuts when I told her I might be getting something else, and I think I finally got my Z where I really wanted it, so I will have to pass on this. Looks like a nice deal for someone though.

Bump for ya

Thanks for the compliments.I really thought that more offers would have come in. I know Im limiting the offers by asking for a trade in Florida basically. Plus I think that most folks dont really know how few of these were made. Ill hang on till the right offer comes by.

Very nice car you got there. They are very special and very fast. Personally I would keep that. Just for the originality of it.

Pull the motor and trans from the TTA, put it in your GN... then put an LS1 in the white one. Problems solved!

Default 02 camaro 35 anniversary ss

Hi, my sister has an 02 ss anniversary model. red/black, t-top, 6 speed. As new, bone stock. She wants a TTA. I would have to check on the values of the two cars, because I don't know if it is a fair trade. Maybe you could put a price that you think your car is worth. In other words, what would you sell it for if you knew you could buy my sisters car right away. It is hard to get an accurate value on your car because it needs work and it is specialised.

Thanks. Her car has around 80,000 miles

In its current condition the car is worth about 12.5 to 13K. Ive seen others with close milage go for just as much. Thats with original paint and worn interiors.
