Default 1 quart baffeled catch cans, $49.95!!

These are NOT the entire system for $49.95. Add $12 for the breather.

The stock PCV valve & tubing is used in the complete PCV mod, all that is needed is a 4 1/2" 3/8 tube. You cut the stock plastic tube 2 " behind the PCV valve & slide the 4 1/2" line onto it & to the outlet on the catch can. Then you remove the line from the TB (OEM fresh air source) and the fitting on the front of the valve cover & plug each. You then cut the plastic tube running along the pass side valve cover where the foam covering has a window in it (cut at the front most opening of the window). and you reuse the tube from the TB to go between the inlet in the catch can & the plastic line you cut along the pass side valve cover. Final step is to modify the oil fill cap & bond a mini filter to it.

NOTE: If not doing the full PCV system mod you just do the first section of this mod and only cap off the TB, and run the line from the front of the pass side valve cover to the inlet (center) fitting on the catch can.

Yes. If you have the EGR you may need to delete it. We have that kit as well.

Introductary price only lasts through Feb, then the price goes up. We are selling these at near cost to manufacture to get them out & in use.

Cool Tracy. Any pictures of the internal baffles and the oil seperators? Is there a way to drain the can? I am sure there is a drain on the bottom, but can not see one in the pics.

Talk to you soon.

Not near as nice as yours & no removable bottom to clean it, hence the price. It has a brass drain valve, and a perforated tube running down the center so as the vapors are drawn through they contact as much area as possible to aid in the condensing of them to seperate the oil/un-brnt fuel/moisture/and other contaminates that flash off the engine oil when the temp is high enough.

That & the way it is perforated makes it work well. This is an economy version of the catch cans out there but it is very functional. Yours is a work of art in comparison when side by side.
