This might be a bad Idea, but.......

How about coated stainless 1 7/8" primaries and a 5" downpipe option?
Oh wait probably not the market you are going for.
Here are some requests:
1) Coated hot side
2) Keep stock K member, if not at least UMI road race K
3) Keep A/C
4) Stock alternator location
5) Mounts for newly positioned radiator/fans
6) Position the air filter so that we don't have to worry about sucking up water if the turbo is mounted low.
7) The more welds and less clamps the better
8) Offer an 88mm turbo, 4" downpipe?

Here is our tentative goal list:
1. Keep AC
2. Fit to stock Radiator (stand up kit included???)
3. MP T70 as base turbo (this turbo is very similiar in size physically to Tnetics 76mm and MP T76 so its a good starting point)
4. Fit to stock K-member and suspension
5. 3" DP with future plans going to 4" (4" DP setup will most likely exit near the front, basically race setup)
6. Coldside w/ and w/o intercooler
7. Bolt up to stock vehicle and be able to be installed in the driveway by anyone with mechanical ability.
8. Never to be sold unless one is on the shelf ready to go (OFI has taught me much LOL)
9. Position the air filter so that you don't have to worry about sucking up water. Thats even even we do a lower mounted turbo.
10. Make the kit with future maintenance in mind. ie, clutch jobs, oil changes, etc etc etc
Lowered cars aren't in the cards
Coatings aren't a problem

dang dang dang I may have to wait this one out! I myself have been trying to come up with a lower cost system to keep the a/c!
Have you all decided what manifolds are going to work the best?

Just now looking into going Turbo...
My main concerns are certainly to keep AC...and otherwise molest as little as possible on my car....of course a certain amount of light fab would be understandable. Keep us posted. Pics would be great!

stock rad
Everthing sounds good guy! (Except The Stock Rad) LOL Give yourself an extra 2'' in there if you can??? for the aftrermarket rads guys that allready have em installed and i bet you'll have something really good going on !JMO Again ,good luck and ***** to the wall!and if for some reason you cant find the extra room,,, not a biggy at all !, just make sure you state on the kit ((will only fit with stock rad)) !that way, nobody can come back on you later
I own my own bussiness, so i know how people are LOL and maybe even state that your not responsible for overheating issues with anything other then stock engines, unless you have the time and money to test this kit on every engine combo out there LOLThe reason i brought this up is because i remember when the APS first came out and guys were and still are bitching ,,, because of the front mount and higher boost levels there cars were overheating ,which anytime you do performance moodds ,,this can be expected but would state it ANYWAYS if i were you!
