on a side note, we are both using the same
sized turbo. what do you think max hp/psi
can be had off a t67? mine is a dd set up
with stock ls2 and m6. i just wanted to
get a clear view for future upgrade sake.

hence the reason i've been following this thread.

I have made 650 rwhp on a mustang dyno at 14 psi with a 10.5-1 forged piston and rods engine through a 6 speed. I thought that was good considering the hp rating.

So far the hype about auto's dynoing lower is not true. It making almost identical power...locked stock auto to 6 speed.

With the temps outside getting cold the car made 550 rwhp and 630 ft lbs. For the first time the car spun at the top of building boost. I'm sure it would have made alittle more torque without spinning.

I like this setup. It seems like it would have less problems than the APS kit I was looking at.

Great numbers. I think this kit would interest a lot of people. Is it made of stainless or mild steel?

Are under hood temps a problem or is everything getting coated?

I just saw your live in Louisville. You are about 1.5 hours from me.

This origional kit in the pics is a hybrid, lol. It has stainless, mild, and aluminized. I have had intentions on sending the kit out and having it made in bulk from the beginning. Would love to have kits on the shelf, ready for shipping.

Typically I would reccomend a coated mild steel for the hotparts and aluminum for the cold side. Currently the underhood temps are not a problem at all even being uncoated, but the weather here had been 50* and below.

I can't believe you threw a 6-speed in it. Actually, I can. I wonder if it would have differed had it been higher numbers. Maybe it only makes 5 or 10 more at the 500hp level but 30 or 40 at the 800hp level. Good **** either way.

The car is doing fine, got the automatic back in it. We have a track rental the 6th of December pending weather, hopefully we can get one good pass before transmission explosion. The turbo is a .96 a/r. I am going to try and get some video and sound of the car up also.
