Looks great!!!!
The plugs are obviously pig rich, so go get the beast tuned and you will be all set.
The car is loading up the plugs so bad that it will not idle.
The existing tune is probably way off.
Where did the base tune come from, does it match your injectors at least?
+1 on not driving the car until the tune is sorted out.

And I am working on a EFI now. Sorry was expecting the base tune to be a little closer!

I believe just a one off kinda thing if I remember correctly. That was built a couple years ago and has been passed around if I remember the story correctly. Yes Is just running trough a open down pipe right now. It will be getting a short 4" pipe and a 4" bullet and then a turn down nothing special.
And I am working on a EFI now. Sorry was expecting the base tune to be a little closer!

Speed Inc. sure as hell knows how to tune, so I would think their base tune would be close, especially just driving the car around at light throttle.
Did they do a 3bar speed density tune? Do you have the correct MAP sensor installed?
It could be possible that there is a large vacuum leak or that something else is wrong causing an overly rich condition. Is the fuel pressure ok???
Step one would be to take the car to a shop to check the tune, or invest in HPT or EFI Live so that you can see what is going on.
Without tuning software it is going to be difficult to get a handle on this in a timely manner.

I have doen a couple twin setups since then. Made some changes, but overall the setups remain the same style. They are built as a one off. I just did the hot side. Sevanseriesta took car of the cold side.

Do any of the guys think spraying something like wd40 around the intake when the car is one is good for finding vacuum leaks?
If you had a scanner or HPT, you could look at the idle fuel trims. -25 for example one side is a sign that there is a big vacuum leak on one side or something is screwed up for that sign to run maxed out lean.
I'd check the fuel trims first before doing too much work. If they are equal, then look at what is going on with the fuel trims. You can tell if the car is too rich at idle.
If you started/stopped the car a lot befoe driving it you can foul out the plugs.
And those plugs do look pretty black.
MAF Translator is another little trick, you can use it to lean out the fuel at part throttle and see if that helps but I think your tune might be too rich.
