in case you're wondering...that's a water pump pulley pinning kit
to prevent the water pump pulley from being spun off the pump, dancing around under the hood like a pinball machine, then exiting out from under the truck and darting towards the wall...all of this resulting from the ProCharger taking a after 6+ years of service & performance while making the virgin pass down the 1320...on the new motor and tranny...
now the good news!

on a really fumblephruck of a run

well...
maybe the ProCharger locking up was just a coincidence...
new D1 set-up ripped the pulley off the front of the new water pump yesterday!
on the first pass after belt wrap mod!
http://www.performancetrucks.net/for...lt+wrap+pulley
http://performancetrucks.net/forums/...+belt+slippage
found the pulley...heated it up with a kerosene and a propane heater...slid it back on and drove home...
I guess I'll get it tacked to the shaft tomorrow...
wondering now if I'm getting some twist under boost that may be mis-aligning the belt route that may be contributing to this???

Hmm, I've never seen that happen before. It would be interesting to see what is happening while it is running on a loaded dyno. Safer yet, mount a camera in the engine bay area then make a wide open throttle run. As you mentioned, it may be bracket related. Bob
