will a reverse split cam work with FI ? i will move one step forward and go to 383 stroked rotating assembly with a D1SC procharger i have two questions :
1- will my MTI stealth 2 Cam 224/220 581/581 116 will work with my setup ?
2- how much should the pistons be dished to work with my 59cc heads ?
i will use 97 Octane fuel

I have always heard to go the other way with a blower....and reverse for turbo, which is what I am running. But there are a lot of theories on it so hopefully others will post theirs.
your statement of turbos must have a reverse split everytime is a bag full of ****! Maybe 25 percent of turbo people run a reverse split with their turbo kits fyi. Its basically all personal preference. The reverse split might help spool the turbo, but give a little up on the top end.

a reverse split cam usually doesnt work very well in supercharged application,i usually shoot for 8-10 deg of split depending on head flow,and yes you will need dished pistons with 59cc heads
