After all that i took my truck manifolds and rounded out the edges since the exhaust ports on the Haymakers are so big i wanted more of a rounded edge to flow over vs a brick wall. And last but not least i sold my Bullseye turbo and got with Kenny@Northern Performance and got me a s491/100 1.32 turbo.

Now that the engine was done i couldn't help but cut the rear t-top well out and sell my Aluminum sumped factory style tank in favor of a 12 gal fuel cell. Hell, if im switching fuel i might as well change it all!!, lol. Cut everything out and made a subframe that the fuel cell sits on top of and my new trans cooler mounts to the front of it, Took a while to fab up but now everything is mounted super secure back there. Ripped all my old fuel line out and changed to all PTFE -10 feed and return and got that new brushless 5.0 Aeromotive fuel pump for all the fuel needs along with their required -12in/out fuel filter.

After all the fuel i said **** it and put a mototplate in the car from AEI and then had to get a truck 4 corner steam tube to go over the top of the plate. Switched all my radiator hoses to -16 top and bottom with no cooling issues being -16. Got a Leash Electronics boost controller with bump box built in. Since i had to refab my cold side for the new intake i added a 2nd BOV to make sure all the air was gone from the 91 plus a backup just incase one got stuck. Bosch 210 injectors and billet MAP sensor holder guy.

To continue on i made a new catch can setup with (2) -12 hoses coming off each valve cover to the breather tank. This is the final shot of the complete engine bay, turned out nicer then i expected it to, lol. The rear fuel cell area is all finished up with aluminum panels covering it all in. Added a few more gauges to the inside along with a manual steering shaft with q/r hub and new steering wheel. AND the finishing touches was getting my rear wheels powder coated black!

AND THE MOMENT YOU ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!! Went to the dyno yesterday and she did well. After many many pulls dialing it in it made 1060 whp and 827 tq. Not bad for the first time to the dyno from my garage with 0 issues. Now i hate when people say "its got more in it" but pre intercooler it was reading 36 psi and post intercooler was 22 lbs. Sooooo needless to say my intercooler is my enemy right now with 14 psi of pressure drop and 160 deg IATs so with a new intercooler shell make more, lol. But i must say for my first real engine out of my garage and make 4 digit hp numbers im happy! Side note it was spinning so much on the dyno it left a ton of rubber behind it and in the 2nd video you can see the rear tire struggling to hold on, lol.

Thanks Jim, nothin more on the car since finishing it, just enjoying it for once finally, lol. Havent got to the track yet to get numbers, just been doing street stuff since it's easier for me to get out at night vs a entire day at the track. I'm sure I'll get to the track before it gets too cold and get some sort of numbers on the new setup.

Oh I'll be rocking this car till the day I die. I'm not one of those guys to do it to "be with the in crowd" or be the "cool guy" on facebook. I generally love fast cars and had this car since 2006 so it's a part of me now. However I did add a z06 to my collection to now my money will be divided up between the 2 cars but both will continuously be built forever.
