I ordered the MMS Crank pulley this morning and i was wondering how much boost I should be seeing. I am running the 3.2" pulley now w/ the stock crank pulley and I am only seeing 7lbs @62-6300. I shift at 6300. I also have a 4" pulley. From Mike Morgons posts about how much boost on a stock motor, his crank pulley, and the 4" pulley should be between 12-14lbs. I am running LT's no cats and a small cam. 212/218 .522/.529 on a 114.
When i change the crank bolt should i get another one from ATI or reuse my old one? Thanks

You will need to get a bigger pulley try out the 4.0" one that you had to start, my 7.85" 8 rib ASP pulley is setup with a 3.3" blower pulley to get me around 12-13psi..

I've seen up to 10psi with the mms crank pulley and 4.0 blower pulley combo. I'm also having some slipping issues, very inconsistent at the moment. I'm pretty sure the 10psi was in the lower 5000's so I think 11-12 should be possible. I'm also planning on trying the bigger filter that michael used on his car. He picked up a pound or 2.

Thanks Bos for your input.
AZZHauler- You have seen 10psi... cool. Then i should be right were i wanted to be. I will be starting my 370ci project here soon so im not worried about running 10psi+. Besides my 10 bolt cant take the 7psi i have now launching on the street on Nitto's. 9 inch time. We have pretty much the same setup beside my baby cam and my LS6 intake.
Thanks alot guys i got the answers i was looking for.

If you might be looking for more boost later, you might want to consider an 8 rib like some guys have here. That way you only have to get a new blower pulley later.

I think would you be better off ordering an 8 rib pulley setup now..
I don't think the 6 rib will cut it once you get that new motor in...
My D-1SC setup hits the dyno tomorrow morning, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well...I.e. no belt slip....
Also, ASP the people who make the 8 rib crank pulleys have a usual 5 week back order for that part, the blower pulleys are maybe a week less...
