Plan on getting some tuning. A lot of the local shops without dyno's get their tuning through Ed Wright (from Fastchips I think). If you send him an autotap log along with your PCM, he can usually get it pretty close. There is too much timing in a stock PCM to run boost. You could also try a timing tuner form Ramchargers along with a MAF translator, but that would be a lot tougher.

i don't even think you can get 4 psi on a 28.6# stock 98 injector.
here is what you NEED to do.
Remove HPP3
Install Fuel pump, injectors.
Go to a DYNo and get it tuned.
and what would do is ditch the ported MAF, nothing but problems when tuning FI and miscalibrated maf's

send the computer to Ed Wright if at all possible since there are no Dyno's where you are. It also wouldn't be a bad idea to run the stock Throttle body and mass air.

How can i upgrade the procharge 6 psi to more psi ?
How much rwhp/rwtq with 6 psi on stock engine ?

Thanks

You will need to add an inline fuel pump, or an intank, and get some bigger injecters. 42#ers should be big enough. If you would like to run more boost later you can. You should also buya boost gage and fuel pressure gage to make sure you are getting enough fuel pressure and what aount of boost you are really running. You might have to buy a couple pulleys to finally find the right amount of boost you are looking for. With my LT's i only saw 4psi w/ the 4 inch pulley. With a 3.2 inch pulley i only saw 7psi, but everycar is different.
Hope that helped.

Re: Procharger on stock LS1 *Help
Based on your mods I would only go with the D-1SC kit. We can include a pulley to get you to the boost level you want to be at. A kit that makes 8# on a stock motor will probably only make about 4-5# with the mods that you have.
Here is a quick rundown of the kit, pulley, fuel pump and programming -
1GJ204-SCI
1998-02 8+ psi Intercooled Race kit with D-1SC
$4139.99
Tuning options -
4GK101-001 Inline fuel pump $299.99
8F160-42 42# SVO injectors $419.99
*ECM reprogramming not provided with kits. This would be $450.
The programming would be done by Ed Wright. He's set up alot of stock and modified supercharged cars so you shouldn't have any problem with the programming.
Were your heads set up with a supercharger in mind? You don't want to run much boost if the compression was increased. The stock compression or lower is better for a supercharged motor.
Hope this helps,
Tom

Didn't your signiture list heads/cam and a bunch of other mods?
I would still run the D-1SC with your current mods. You should see about 140+hp from this system. You should see over 500 rwhp depending on what the car dynos at now.

Re: Procharger on stock LS1 *Help
I run the D-1SC at eight pounds on my completely stock engine. Okay, the injectors aren't stock, but who runs eight pounds on factory injectors. I also run an inline pump, a catback, and different plugs/wires. That's all. It runs great, and is still a good daily driver if I wanted it to be.
I have a vid at idle as well. 3Mg file, dial-up beware!

Re: Procharger on stock LS1 *Help
I have a P1SC and run 7psi on stock injectors, but have had the PCM tuned by Ed Wright, and have an inline fuel pump (came with kit from procharger). No problems here and my a/f mixture is 12.3% through the entire RPM band. Remember > every car is different!
