What kind of numbers are you putting down?

How much do you think you have tied up in it?

We had one here with a P1 kit, made 430whp stock on our dyno, then with 3.5psi it made about 550whp. Not bad for 3.5psi, I think the pulley was a 4.7"? Or something crazy big like that lol.

What did you have to do for fuel upgrades? It looks like just the Procharger kit is ~$7000?

Local guy I know has a P1SC on his C6Z. has full bolt ons with a cam as well and i believe on 4-5 psi he made right at 600 rwhp

We just did a Racetronix harness upgrade with some 60's. The car was bone stock other then the P1 also.

You can make that with heads/cam & bolt ons easy..... if your gunna do a blower on this car buy a motor that can use the s/c to its full potential or else just use the motor that came with the car (427) to its full potential with heads/cam and maybe a little shot on the side.......

dont they dyno more than that stock?

I do have to side with you on this one, even though i'm addicted to the boost from my ls1 procharged GTO

But that's going out the driveway and the Z is backing in.

Livernois? Speed Inc? Texas Speed?

hpe did a c6 z with heads/cam and full bolt ons and it made 700 rwhp. I would call them up and get some info..

It was not my choice, and the car retains full stock drive ability. If he wants more power its only a pulley change away. 430-440 is what the make stock here SAE corrected we don;t post super man dyno numbers here.

Besides don't people put pro chargers on LS1 cars all of the time and make 450-500whp? Can't you do that with a wild heads and cam package?

So are you for the procharger? Or for the cam/heades/tune/

Basically I don't want to bump up the hp enough to where i'm risking breaking parts.

Always a risk, but you know what I mean.

Yes, almost all of the Bone Stock C5's put down app 500 safe RWHP with a P1SC at app 7lbs of boost, of course they can make a lot more if you like driving around in a time bomb..
