I'm hitting the revlimiter about 100 feet out and coasting thru the traps. The converter and the gears are both killing me. But really it's the motor that I cant spin to 7200 that is really killing me. I just don't have the change to do it all in one shot right now. I'm addressing the fuel system first. I got the MagnaFuel MP-4301 and the Aeromotive VRFPR. I need to get the tank sumped, buy some fittings and run the lines. I hate down time.

Those are some good time's! How comparable are you running now with the turbo VS. your old nitrous setup?

His old combo ran that on motor.. but i have to say that stock 6.0 is impressive

Did you get any vids?
Bone stock LQ9 longblock. Even running stock springs. The only thing I put in was the hardened pushrods. Should be 10:1 compression from the factory. My goal for this stage of the project was to slap it back together and run a 10.0 as soon as possible.

Next comes fuel system and retuning for the vacuum ref regulator.

I think that the best pass was caught on video by a friend. I will link it as soon as it becomes available. May have a couple angles.

My previous bests on the old setup were 10.31@130 on motor and 9.33@146 on the juice.

I believe you have accomplished you goals. A little more tweaking and you will be in the 9's.

Stock. It's a STOCK LQ9 longblock. Only aftermarket part in there are the hardened pushrods. Even the valvesprings are stock.

I made 1 1/8 mile pass tonite. 6.43@107.99. The LS1 can run the number on 6 cylinders. You'll never look at that Ford junk the same again.
