The car left good but the converter wass just too sloppy at 220*. It's way too loose anyways. I really need to ship it off to Greg @ FTI to get it restalled. The good news is that after spending most of the night leaning it out, I finally got it down into the 11.0-11.2:1 AFR range (still rich, I know) and the injector duty cycle is now down to 74% (from 130+%).
Congrats!

It came out so much softer that I didn't hit the limiter until right before the end. Also the air was about 10* warmer.

hurry up and get that converter tightened up, it's painful to hear that motor make power while the converter lets half of it slip away.. it wheelie's like a **** but after that it sounds like it's slipping bad

13* of timing at WOT. I think the valves are floating also. I hope to send off the converter in the next few days. I'm trying to coordinate it with my friend that does the TIG welding. We are going to move the charge pipe so that I can get the air filter routed out of the engine compartment and get a bigger filter on there with some cooler air moving across it. I would love to have the rear end done at the same time but that's wishful thinking.

I don't see why not. The reason that I had to take my A/C out is that I didn't have anywhere to put my condenser due to the radiator relocation and the fans having to be pushers.

taller gears and a tighter converter. better check in with air traffic control and get clearance for take off. keep it up.

i think those are the ones with a gto passenger side manifold... about 99% sure the truck manifolds can't be used with the factory a/c compressor setup, but i leave 1% for error

Check this thread out, uses LH C6 manifold on pass side, so pipe clears A/C.
