Default F1C stock shortblock results

The car is making too much power. My setup is in my sig. Running a 5" pulley. The car is making 11lbs of boost, 701rwhp, Tq was high 5xx (he didnt have the graphs in front of him at the time). My tuner said he can't make it get less. Said the tune is spot on, its a little on the rich side, and theres no timing to take out. So now were testing a restrictor plate on it. Going to try to get it down below 650rwhp.

Edit 03APR: Got it back. It drives great. I haven't got on it much, it was getting dark and my eyes still arent 100% from the eye surgery so i called it a day. It pulls smooth as hell. O yea its a 2 bar SD tune. Run 4 is pre restrictor plate and Run 9 is after and what the current tune is.

There is no such thing as too much power! Unless the stock short block gives out. LOL Nice numbers.

I'm getting ready to put my car on the rollers tomorrow. My setup is also in my sig (minus the n2o stuff)

I'm also running an F1-c w/ a little bigger pulley (5.25) As of right now I'm only making 8.5 (Ran out of fuel at 6000, putting 60's in today, so boost may rise past 6000) Your HP numbers excite me, but scare me at the sametime lol. I'll keep my fingers crossed until I can afford to build my bottom end. I'm also running dual meth nozzles (2 10's) w/ the front mount.

Its making good power. If you are worried about it lasting, just shift it at 6,000 rpm's.

I wouldn't worry about it to much. If there is not much timing it and only 11lbs. of boost, as long as you stay off the rev limiter, the motor should live a long time. But then again, it could break a piston ringland tommorrow?????
Nice#'s BTW!

WHAT A TTTTTTTTUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDD

Congratulations man, nice numbers and I am glad that the restrictor plate worked. I vote that you get some whole car pics up here.

BTW, why did you have eye surgery? Something happen to your eyes or you just modding your eyes for shootin'?

Looking forward to the forged short block and retune.

Forgot to add. Max boost is 6lbs-6.5lbs, i have my shift light set at 5k and i haven't seen it go over 6lbs. This is from my SPA gauge.

Just fixing the eyes up. Love not having to wear glasses anymore.
