Default How much boost will this be.

My setup

Stock Block, Heads, intake, cubes.
3 bar map, Epp Blower cam. Hardened pushrids and double valve springs. EPP K&N Blower filter, 60lb injectors. Lt's ,ory and hooker exhuast. 3.73 gears through 12 bolt. Rod Bols, Slp Oil Pump, DLubel roller chain. To many parts to list.

P1sc-1 procharger 3.5 intercoolers
I have the 8 rib setup with 4.00 pulley and 3.85. I am looking for 8-10lbs boost. Which pulley will do that with my setup?

I did. The guy didn't give me a real good feeling about what he said. Almost seemed unsure.

I just called Procharger, they say 8psi.

8 to 9 sounds about right. When I was on the stock short block with the 7.625 crank pulley and 3.85 head unit pulley I was getting around 9psi on the P1SC. the P1SC-1 may be a little different, but probably not much.

Really? Procharger told me the 4.00 would get me there. What to do what to do.

Even on the 8 rib setup go with the 3.85. I hope it doesn't shoot me past 10lbs.

The 4" won't get you there. You are pushing through the 3.5" intercoolers which become a restriction in the upper RPM band. Like Bob said above start with the 3.85 that should put you right in the middle of your goal for 8 - 10psi.
