-10 for both, or -12 feed -10 return. The -10 should be adequate but -12 even better. And like i stated before, that A1000 doesnt have a chance of getting you 800whp

ok how many horse do you want? 800 right. well on a 91 oct car that would be 1000 ish flywheel. now you got to remember e-85 consumes almost 30% more fuel. so you got to plan for 1300 flywheel. now with normal fuel perssure 96lb wont be enough. i am going to run 120. but i have 160 laying around cause i too want the 800 wheel. well i want closer to 1000 well but either way.

I run -10 feed -8 return and 160 injectors. Base fuel pressure is 35 psi, and boost referenced on up. 3 Walbro in tank 255's.
I agree that the a1000 won't keep up, maybe get another one, and it might work.

Yep, the A1000 will not cut it. What are you doing for rails? -8an feed and -6an return would work for what you are shooting for, but it will not leave much room for growth latter on.

I beg to differ. Chris made 1005rwhp on E85 with 96lb injectors. I like to go off of what someone has done vs what someone thinks.

Link I sent the OP. https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...05hp-corn.html

ok this is from that link

"Car is on a stock PCM with the AEM driver box and has precision 96lb injectors with a BFP of 60psi"

seriously 60psi at base fuel pressure. you add 18 lbs of boost and you are up to 78psi. is that safe? i would have just used 120 and call it a day.

I wanted to use E85 in my build, so have done quite a bit of reading on it. For your power goals, I would use a -12 feed, the Racetronix 120's, and a pump MUCH bigger than the A1000. If you want to stick with a large external pump, use the Magnafuel 4303.

Guys look at the OP question 800rwhp. 120lb is over kill. However if he is looking for 1200rwhp++++ then 120's are where its at.

The OP did not make that post.

His post.

Mine is a stock 2000 PCM with HP Tuners 3Bar OS, Versafueler driver, 96lb injectors BFP of 43psi, Boost ref 1:1. Two fuel pumps, one intank 255, one external 044 Bosch. Edelbrock rails that come with the Vic. Jr. Intake.

Bumping the BFP from 43psi to 60psi helped the injector DC out a lot, but actually made the car lean out up top. The pumps just couldn't flow the volume as when at 43psi. AFR has been rock solid with the lower FP and higher injector DC.

17-18psi has it maxed on E85. Have had her to 22-24psi on gas though.
So this was a pump issue if I read the above right.

not on e-85. your right 120 is great for normal pump gas. but e-85 takes more fuel

E85 requires about 25% to 30% more for the entire fuel system; injectors, pump, lines, etc.
