Default Thread sealer on LS1 block?

Just a quick question concerning LS1 block: Do I need to apply any thread sealer on any of the head studs on the block side??? -Thanks in advance!

For the head studs just use the ARP assembly lube. That's all you should need.

So, are you saying that none of the threaded holes on the engine block actually goes thru any water jackets? I used to put thread sealer on my LT1 application but not sure on the LS1 if I have to.

The head bolt holes are blind, no sealant needed.

Yep, just a slight amount of assembly lube is all that is needed.
