Well I didnt go as fast as I had hoped but I came within 3 tenths and I think with some minor adjustments I'll be able to definitly get the 10.90 I have hoped for and then some. The car was spinning bad and I couldnt get it to stop. I 60'd in the 1.6's all day, the best was a 1.61, never thought I'd be complaining that that wasnt good enough but its not. I had the 2-step turned down to 4300 too. Anyway I got some vid with my little still digital camera that also does short video clips. Sorry you arent able to read the clock, it dosent zoom as far as I needed it to. I scanned the slips & they are in the little vid I made.

That's not bad at all, a 10.90 will be easy once you get the bugs worked out. Changing that gear should help a lot with traction and spooling the turbo.

Thanks
I'm running a Hoosier 27X11.50 DOT QTP but I kinda thought a 28 Might help with the traction and the gear issue. Do you know if a MT ET Street raidial in a 325 50 15 will fit without minitubbing?

They will, just need to take a BFH to it. That's the tire I wanted to run originally but I don't think they would work to well with 3.25 gears.

lol! I have 15x10 rims with 7.5" back spacing and for some reason had work the fender wells over just to get them to fit. I didnt think for an 11.50 tire you had to do that . I guess for the 325's I'll have to recheck everything and maybe make some adjustments if needed.

The tires in my sig are 26x 11.5 and they still rub a little when I am in reverse and turning right. But I have a spool in the car so the tires are always in a bind when turning. Is you car at stock ride height?

Stock springs in back but I did the heater hose mod on them and Qa1 adjustable coilovers in the front.

Were you still leaving at 1.4 psi? What were your 1/8th mile times and what do you shift at hummer? I ran the same 27x11.50's on my shakedowns, bald as hell. The best I could get was a 1.65 and I was cuttin 1.55's consistently before. I found some barely used 28x10.5x15S's for 150 shipped and snagged them up.

No remember it was only making about 4 on the spring, well I put a few turns on the boost controller enough to make 8 psi and now it makes up to 4 psi on the 2 step depending on what rpm its setat. I have the shift light set for 6500 I think. My best 60' was a 1.61, they were all in the 1.6's but the wheels spun no matter how low I set the 2 step, I had it all the way down on 4300 rpm at the end of the day. I think the car will do better with a 28, my gears are way too low for a turbo. My 1/8 times were a 7.2 @ 95mph (not that impressive)

lol we had basically the same shakedowns. I didn't leave off my 2 step though, so I didn't build any boost off the line . That's really good to be able to leave off of 4 psi! What is your suspension like, it looked like you went left both times. We also both have the crappy gears. I think when I finally get a new rear end I'll be getting a 3.50 gear.

The suspension is mostly Madman with a Wolfe anti roll bar & QA1's at all 4 corners. Ive never had traction issues untill now, I tried everything to get it to hook even dropping the tire pressure a little lower than I normally would. I think the car would leave a little easier on a bigger tire.

The boost was still bleeding off also, not as bad as before but about 2 psi every gear.

I just bought some competition engineering drag shocks and I'm going to throw them on. They seem to work alright for kp with his 1.3 60's. I need to get a drag bar and some front drag shocks also and then I should be ok. But I'd like to get the 9" before I get the roll bar

Yeah I would def reccomend getting the 9" before buying anything else that may not work with it later.
