Do you even have the turbo mounted with the -10 drain on it?

I'm pretty sure that the slope doesn't matter. As long as there is a fall it will drain with the right size line, hence the -10. A liquid doesn't need much for it to transfer positions, if it isn't level, its moving.

A simple search of "front pan" in forced induction yielded me this:

-10 is the size of the hose, for an fittings. IIRC, its ~1/2"

don't you have to remove oil pan too when removing front cover/pulley? cause pan is bolted to front cover, right?

It would be a good idea to do so as you run the risk of ruining the oil pan gasket so might as well drop it and replace it. However it would be easier than a SBC since it's flat and doesn't have a lip on it.
