I should have some numbers with my combo in a few months. I wouldn't necessarly run the fast past 20psi but never planned to.I like it to run direct port as nitrous works great with FI.
I did some extra stuff on my fast. A bit of extra rtv where the shells go to that gasket and also loctited my shell bolts and nuts.
I moved my map off the fast I drilled and tapped the fast and use that as big vacuum feed. So far so good but have not put high boost thru it. Don't seem to have any trouble with 8psi or so . Also installed nitrous burst panels for extra safety.

I think the fast is more streetable and bet gives wider powerband. Also if you run a bit richer heard no problem with distribution and lean cylinders. ..the quoted number is 10.8 to 11.2 I believe. I am running 11 to 1 right now.

What are you using right now, ls6? If I were you I would only switch the carb intake, Ive seen some pictures on here of a fast intake that got some boost put to it and didnt look to great afterwards.

Just stick with what you have. Doubt a carb intake will gain anything, but they do look good.

Im guessing by your sig it would be in the vette, It looks like a cowl hood but I would take some measurements for clearance with a carb setup. I would imagine 20-40rwhp gain depending on your actual boost level.

I'm running the fast now,..planning on soon going to POSSIBLY a different manifold myself, on the vette. I picked up a vic jr from a friend with an elbow already on it. Have not tried to put it on the car to see but, the hood WILL need to be changed.

I'm debating about usingthe carb manifold myself, but,....i'm not sure which route to go yet as well. It would be nice to get some good feedback inthe thread.

i'd say you'd pick up around 30-50hp blacksheep picked up 50 just from switching his vic jr, elbow, and 90mm TB to a 4500 style YB so i bet if you used a 4500 style TB and a carb hat you'd pick up around 50+

I reckon I lost power switching from the LS6 and stock TB to a Carb intake/elbow and 85mm TB.

Mid range did improve slightly though.

Having to remove fuel on my tune to maintain AFR's is not a good sign of improved airflow, and trap speeds did appear to suffer a little too.
